Hey guys!! I'm back!! I had a pool party on friday night...it's really awesome!! Some people were swimming when it was freezingly cold..lol. I just ate some food and chatted and played and watched basketball match. It was really cool!! Anyway, i got an e-mail from ms.Lew, telling me about the school fees and stuff. Here it is:
Dear Winy,
I understand that xinyi has been in contact with you.Please understand the following first.
1. As you have not requested to drop out of school, you will still be paying school fees until the day you have dropped out.
2. There is a need for you to settle the outstanding school fees when you and your parents come down to Singapore.
3. Please let the school know the exact date/period that you and your parents can come down to do the necessary documentations so that we can officially drop you out from the school and terminate the student's pass.
Winy,please let us know the exact date/period that you can your parents can come down or else on MOE's side,they are pressing us hard for the reason of your disappearance and in turn i am the one who gets pressed for answer. Please understand my situation.
As a student counsellor, you understand what it means to be a responsible student and hence i was totally baffled at why you did not do the proper documentations before you flew off
Please reply to this email as soon as possible. This is a very urgent and serious issue.

When i read it, i'm like "ok...i'm not a student counsellor. i'm a student councillor." Firstly, it's like, i told her about me leaving. The only thing she said was smth like "oh i'm sure everyone will miss you. If you need any help, you can tell me before i leave for jakarta in a week." That's it!! Nothing about dropping-out-of-school procedures. I thought that after i told her, she can do something like informing the principal or anything.
Then just now, i chatted with Ms.Ng KP. She asked me why i didn't do the procedures thing. She said that she asked ms.lew why my name is still on the school system thing. Then ms.lew's like saying that i didn't do the blah blah blah, and that i'm an irresponsible councillor. I explained the whole situation to ms.ng. As you guys know, the decision was quite a sudden. The matter is not only in singapore, but also in indo. When i told ms.lee about me leaving, she asked if i terminate my place there in sg already. I'm said not yet. She said yeah, better not. Since you're not confirmed the place in indo, don't do anything about the place in amkss first. If not, if i'm not accepted here, and i terminated the place, i'll be in big trouble. So, i was thinking that, yeah she's right. I'll confirm the place here first, then go back to settle the things.
Secondly, my mum came 3 or 5 days before i go back. We have to pack up, and she had to settle more important things. So, no time to go to school and do all those stuff.
Thirdly, i was telling ms.ng, i'm sorry that ms.lew has to mention the word 'councillor' just because of me. I told her that i'm sorry, i have to diu ni de lian. Then she's like "No lah...don't fret about it. You didn't diu council de lian. It's not all your fault. And don't tell her that you spoke with me."
Okay, i know that it's partly my fault, but what can i do now? I told my parents about it, and they'll settle it ASAP. I apologized to ms.lew that i have to cause her so much trouble. And i hope she'll just simmer down. Honestly speaking, i don't like it when ppl label me as a councillor and say things like that. It's not only the councillors that have to be responsible, in fact, teachers are supposed to be too. She didn't mention about procedures too, so just take it that i didn't know the procedures. That's true. I didn't know.
Anyway, it's up to you to see it. Tell me about it. Comment.
P.S: I know part of it is my fault. But i don't like that way ms.lew say about it. It's unfair...
